Record multiple screencasts of the process and variants to ensure adaquate coverage of the process
Infrastructure / Access Setup
Work with the IT team to stand up the necessary robot VM as well as discuss strategies for robot credentials and system access
T-Shirt Size Confirmation
Validate the process size against original expectations

Documentation of the robot process definition, including the high level process flow and key components of solution design
PDD Signoff
Core team review of the PDD and customer signoff showing directionally correct robot design and tasks
Test Case Planning
Definition of test cases to be created necessary to ensure proper robot actions and outcomes

Client Involvement:Process SME: 1 - 2 days, IT: 1 - 2 days
Robot Development
Development sprints to build the robot process
Unit Testing
Developer led unit testing of robot components
Test Case Development
Creation of the test scripts for use in Testing

Client Involvement:IT: 1 - 2 days
System Integration Testing
End-to-end testing of the completed robot process including forced errors, system outages and other common problems
Execute Test Cases
Execution of defined test scripts and defect remediation
MTP and Go / No-Go Decision
Finalization of the Move to Production (MTP) steps required. Core team go / no-go decision based on robot execution and testing

Client Involvement:Process SME: 1 day, IT: 1 day
Finalize Runbook / PDD
Update the PDD to align to “as-built” specifications
Production Signoff
Complete Move to Production, ensure proper execution of robot process in production environments
Handoff to Support
Ensure proper handoff to support personnel, including common troubleshooting steps and lessons learned from development and test

Client Involvement:Process SME: 1 day, IT: 1 - 2 days
Monitoring
Including robot execution and infrastructure to support robot execution
Incident Management
Disposition of incidents, triage and response
Defect Management
Fixes of robot jobs for changes in source systems, credent ials or other breaking changes. Minor enhancements
Incident Reporting
Including notifications, communication on updates, reporting and more
