Optional add-ons
Service Packs
Our standard service includes robot fixes and basic updates. When larger enhancements are required, Optezo offers Service Packs of 200, 400 and 1,000 hours to allow flexibility for dynamic processes or systems.
Additional Execution Robots
The Foundation packs include a base number of UiPath execution robots per process. As your RPA success grows, as will the number of robots required to perform tasks.
Premium Support
Standard support runs 8am to 6pm Central Time, Monday-Friday with appropriate service level agreements on issue identification, triage and fixes. Optezo offers Premium 24/7 support on a per-process basis, with minimums.
Orchestrator High-Availabilty
Optezo uptime is unmatched, but software updates do occur and services need to be restarted. For robot processes that can't pause, Optezo offers load-balanced active-active high availability solutions.
Cross-Region Disaster Recovery
For Enterprise RPA programs that can't afford downtime in an emergency, Optezo offers warm-site Disaster Recovery scenarios to ensure that Robots are working to keep your business functioning.
Site-to-Site VPN
Robots communicate outbound from your network to the Optezo cloud via 2048bit TLS 1.2 SSL. Optezo offers options on how that communication is transported, including site-to-site connections via Azure VPN Gateway.
Frequenty asked questions
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Our pricing is based on the number of automations you purchase. Your price will change as you add automations to your RPA implementation. You can downgrade the number of automations supported by Optezo only at the end of your committed billing term, but you can upgrade anytime. We do not offer credits or refunds for unused licenses, plan changes, and plan cancellations.
Are multi-year plans discounted?
Multi-year plans are reduced by 15%. Your plan will renew on your renewal date unless you cancel your subscription.
Do you offer monthly contracts?
Month-to-month subscriptions are available on certain plans, in special circumstances, and would typically cost 15% to 25% more than their annually billed counterparts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Plans can be cancelled at any time. A cancelled plan will not be renewed at the next renewal date.
What currency can I pay in?
At this time, we can only receive payment in US Dollars ($).
Does Optezo charge sales tax?
Optezo charges sales tax, where applicable, on the purchase of software and services depending on the “Ship To Address” for the customer.
Are Optezo’s charges considered Capital Expense (CapEx) or Operating Expense (OpEx)?
Unlike traditional consulting companies, our customers recognize our fees as OpEx.

We offer special pricing to qualified non-profit organizations. Contact our team to learn more.
Is my data safe with Optezo?
We take data security seriously. So much so, in fact, that we architected our solution to ensure Optezo is never in possession of any of your production data or credentials. For more details contact our team to schedule an Optezo architecture discussion.
What's the difference between the Multi-Tenant and Private Cloud options?
With Optezo's Multi-Tenant Cloud, we host and setup UiPath Orchestrator in a multi-tenant capacity. This does allow robot, job and data isolation, but does not allow VPN or private routing of Robot to Orchestrator secure communication. This is generally the best option for teams who are early in their RPA program.
Optezo's Private Cloud is a dedicated Azure VPC that hosts your UiPath infrastructure. This allows Optezo to support additional Add-Ons such as Customer AD Integration, Disaster Recovery scenarios, site-to-site VPNs, and more.
Is there special pricing for Government organizations?
For Government entities, Optezo utilizes Azure Government for service delivery. As such, our pricing is modified for these clients. Contact our team to learn more.
